\"\"El s\u00e1bado 18 de noviembre , en la Universidad del Comahue, se presentaron los resultados de la observaci\u00f3n electoral\u00a0 (ver AQU\u00cd<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) que realiz\u00f3 el equipo del Observatorio Electoral de R\u00edo Negro en las ciudades de San Carlos de Bariloche y de Roca.<\/p>\n
